    Four new tenants for Yate Shopping Centre

    Savers, Shan’s Cabaret Bar and Kitchen, and House of Luxxe head for Yate

    Ellandi, represented by Savills, has secured new lettings to Savers, Shan’s Cabaret Bar and Kitchen and House of Luxxe, along with an upsize and relocation for Yours Clothing at Yate Shopping Centre.

    Yours Clothing has opened a 3,421 sq ft (317 sq m) unit after signing a new 10 year lease. Savers has agreed a 10 year lease on a 3,224 sq ft. Shan’s Cabaret Bar is opening in a 3,460 sq ft unit on the ground floor. and House of Luxxe, a new barbers and beauty salon has signed a new five year lease on a 785 sq ft unit.

    Nicola Pring, in the retail team at Savills Bristol, comments: “Yate Shopping Centre continues to go from strength to strength, with its mix of local and national retailers keeping the line-up relevant to the catchment area. Yate is also seeing more and more residential development in the area, further increasing the footfall in the scheme. We are delighted to welcome these new occupiers to the centre on behalf of our client.”
