String of retail lettings at Buckingham Green Scheme, SW1

London & Oriental has let four retail units at Buckingham Green in London’s Victoria to Ted’s Grooming Room, Urban Greens, Chez Antoinette and Formative Coffee.

The 150,000-sq ft mixed-use scheme, which is situated just behind Victoria Street near St James’s Park tube station, will see popular men’s grooming parlour, Ted’s Grooming Room, open a 543 sq ft unit on a 10 year lease adding to the brand’s portfolio across the capital including Fitzrovia and the City. They will be joined by Chez Antoinette, which has taken a 1,680-sq ft unit, which will be its second in London following the original restaurant in Covent Garden.

Also joining them will be two new food and beverage brands – Urban Greens, a new salad concept, will take a 1,782-sq ft unit also on a 10-year lease, and Formative, a bespoke coffee concept, which will open a 660-sq ft space also on 10-year lease.

Savills and Tuckerman are joint agents. Ted’s Grooming Room was represented by Devono Cresa, Urban Greens by Maddox Retail and Chez Antoinette by RSR Properties.
