Urban pancake and licensed bar venue to open at Silverburn
Hammerson has signed local Glaswegian business Stack & Still to open in Silverburn’s Winter Garden, with a dedicated food and drink area seating up to 185 customers.
The brand opened its first, hugely popular eatery in Glasgow’s city centre in October 2018, serving over 500,000 pancakes in its first six months.
Iain Mitchell, UK commercial director at Hammerson, said: “We are delighted to welcome Stack & Still as a great example of a local, independent brand that has a truly unique offer. Introducing more exciting brands like Stack & Still across our portfolio is a real focus for us, as we know our customers love an experience that is different. The brand will be a great addition to the already strong food and drink line-up at Silverburn.”
This news follows the signing of Fun Street at Silverburn, a new children’s leisure concept featuring an indoor play area with soft play structures, innovative play equipment, party rooms, and a café, adjacent to the Cineworld and PureGym. Stack and Still joins the strong restaurant offer at Silverburn, including: authentic Thai street food operator Thaikhun, and international burger brand Five Guys.
