Strategic retail property consultancy, Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH), has relocated its headquarters to Mayfair following a period of significant growth.

HDH will be based on the second floor of 84 Grosvenor Street, at the corner of New Bond Street.

The company’s 55-strong team will relocate from its former headquarters on Regent Street.

Discussing the move, James Ebel, HDH’s CEO, said: “We’re delighted to have found a new, larger office space to accommodate our expanding team. 84 Grosvenor Street’s position on New Bond Street is perfectly suited for our clients and staff to return to the office.

“Finding a location and working environment that our staff would be excited to return to, after more than a year of remote working, was a central requirement, and this space certainly fits the bill. The new office is 50% larger than our previous location and will enable us to house considerably more experts in line with our plans to expand.”

Chris Dennis, HDH’s COO, added: “Harper Dennis Hobbs started in the heart of Mayfair on Clifford Street 30 years ago, so it is exciting to be returning. The new space and prime location continue to be in keeping with our brand and will allow for more team and business development.
