Six units at Helix Trade Park remain available, ranging in size from 3,192 to 3,420sq ft These units can be combined to offer 6,411; 6,830; 10,245 or 13,665sq ft. in size. The units are of steel frame construction and each unit has a seven metre eaves height, 37.5kN/m2 of floor capacity, reserved parking bays with electric vehicle charging points, and capacity for a mezzanine floor.

The letting agents are LSH and Myddelton & Major.

David Kershaw, group real estate director, at RO commented: “We are very pleased to have completed this project on the A303 in Amesbury, a rapidly growing regional business hub.  We were also delighted to have secured tenants at Helix Trade Park before we had even completed, having welcomed Toolstation as early as February this year. Solstice Park has become a thriving centre for business over the years and alongside the national cohort of occupiers we look forward to welcoming others at Helix in the months ahead.”
