The St David’s Partnership has announced the official opening of the new look 9,559 sq ft Hollister Co. store at St David’s, in Cardiff.

The global teen brand Hollister, a division of Abercrombie & Fitch Co., launched its relocated store on Upper Grand Arcade. The relocation has allowed the brand to expand its footprint, and incorporate Hollister’s updated prototype format.

The new open-concept design will allow engagement with the brand, both in-store and online, with additional services including Click and Collect, Order in Store, Ship from Store, as well as handheld devices, to enable a safe and seamless customer checkout.

Speaking on behalf of the St David’s Partnership, Colin Flinn, intu’s regional managing director,  commented: “To be able to facilitate further growth for high-performing international brands, such as Hollister Co., highlights the strength of our catchment and sheer demand for these brands within the city. This type of investment is a testament to the importance of St. David’s as a prime fashion centre, and the continued growth of Cardiff as a leading city within the UK.”

JLL and Cushman & Wakefield advised the St David’s Partnership. Hollister Co. dealt direct.
