    Hotpod arrives in Norwich

International yoga group Hotpod Yoga has opened its latest studio at Castle Quarter in Norwich, strengthening the destination’s social, leisure and lifestyle retail offer.

A Hotpod Yoga franchisee has taken 2,000sq ft at the city centre hub on a new 10-year lease.

The retail destination’s offer will be further enhanced later this summer with the openings of Escape Hunt and Castle Social, a new 20,000sq ft ‘market hall’ style street food and entertainment concept occupying the entire top floor and opening out onto Castle Green.

Mark Harvey, executive director and head of asset management at RivingtonHark, said: “Hotpod Yoga is hugely emblematic of the wider transformation of Castle Quarter into Norwich’s leading social, leisure and lifestyle retail destination. More than anything, Castle Quarter is a place where people come to enjoy themselves – be that through exercise, competitive leisure or socialising – and as such it offers something that is unavailable elsewhere in the city. We look forward to the openings of Escape Hunt and Castle Social later this summer, and widening the mix of options at the destination even further through securing exciting new occupiers.”

RivingtonHark was advised by Jamieson Mills and Roche.
