Leon Morse, head of operations for CBRE at Cribbs Causeway said: “We were delighted to award Incentive FM with a new three-year contract.  Since 2017 they have provided a fantastic, innovative, award-winning service, working in partnership with our on-site team with a clear focus on the team engagement to deliver a guest services approach.

“Our estate is a multi-award-winning retail, leisure and F&B destination which we believe sets the industry standard.  We want to offer retailers, brands and guests a positive experience and Incentive FM have helped us to achieve this.  We look forward to continuing to work in partnership with them.”

Glenn Wilson, director of retail and distribution at Incentive FM, added: “We are very proud of our on-site team.  This new contact is a testament to their hard work and willingness to go the extra mile.

“A fundamental part of the new contract will be helping to deliver the vision at Cribbs Causeway, to ‘create smiles and breathe kindness’ for all of their guests.  By working in true partnership and continuing to provide innovative facilities solutions we will undoubtedly achieve this.”
