Jack Wills opens another store within intu’s portfolio

Aspirational fashion brand Jack Wills is opening its latest store at intu Metrocentre following from its recent success at intu Watford’s 400,000 sq ft retail and leisure extension.

After achieving bumper sales in its first week of opening at intu Watford, Jack Wills has now chosen to open another store within intu’s portfolio. The 3,873-sq ft store at intu Metrocentre will feature the brand’s heritage-inspired designs, classic styles and iconic loungewear when it opens in November.

Jack Wills recently signed up for 3,385 sq ft space at intu Lakeside and has existing stores at intu Milton Keynes, intu Trafford Centre, intu Broadmarsh and Cribbs Causeway, owned jointly by intu and M&G Real Estate.

intu Metrocentre continues to attract new brands including G Star Raw and Jack and Jones which opens later this year. A number of retailers including Quiz, Bodycare and Footasylum have also increased their store space at intu Metrocentre, to showcase their full range and appeal to even more customers.

Neil Beaman, property director for Jack Wills, said: “intu’s high footfall shopping centres within a wide catchment area have enabled us to generate fantastic results; often exceeding our expectations. intu Metrocentre is another perfect location for us to reach millions of our customers across the region.”
