    James Hessey joins Time Retail Partners’ investment team

    Time Retail Partners, the boutique retail property adviser, has announced the appointment of James Hessey to its investment team. Hessey joins investment director, Antony Nickalls, and CEO, Rob Wingrave, in providing forward-thinking investment advice to industry-leading investment clients.

    He will bring a range of experience in finance and capital markets, beginning his career at DTZ, working in the shopping centre investment team where he gained an in-depth understanding of investment marketplace before joining RBS, where he worked for eight years in the real estate finance, restructuring, and capital resolution teams. 

    Latterly, Hessey worked at Shieldpay, an authorised payment institution, where he was part of the founding team and director of operations.

    Antony Nickalls, investment director at Time Retail Partners, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome James to TRP Investment.  His extensive experience in the banking sector is proving invaluable to clients, with James playing an active role advising on a number of transactions.  James’ expertise will play a key role the growth of Time’s investment offer, which we are looking to grow as the market recovers.”
