The Howard de Walden Estate has announced that French fashion brand JOTT will open in Marylebone Village in the autumn. This follows the recent opening of O Pioneers in Marylebone Lane. In addition, restaurant St JOHN Marylebone will also be opening its doors this month, closely followed by WatchHouse.

Fifty percent of the new openings in the last 12 months are for brands opening their first permanent UK stores, which the Estate says proves Marylebone Village’s continuing appeal to both UK and international brands.

JOTT, the French premium outerwear brand will open its first British store at 103 Marylebone High Street covering 1,140sq ft of space. Meanwhile, O Pioneers, an independent ‘London born and bred’ ‘slow-fashion’ label has already launched its first permanent store, taking 850sq ft of space at 76 Marylebone Lane.

St. JOHN Marylebone will open its doors this month at 98 Marylebone Lane, taking 1,200sq ft of space. And WatchHouse is set to open its latest Modern Coffee house at 32 New Cavendish over two floors covering 2,300sq ft.

Rob Kirk, head of retail and leisure at The Howard de Walden Estate, commented: “Healthy demand remains for our prime central London location, and we are very pleased to welcome these new and established brands to Marylebone Village, each adding to our already diverse mix of retail and F&B operators, and further enhancing the area for our community. Visitor numbers continue to grow, and we look forward to a successful second half to the year as people continue to return to central London.”
