International fashion brand opens first boutique outside London

Kate Spade New York, the international fashion and lifestyle accessory retailer is to open its first high street boutique outside London in Glasgow’s award-winning shopping and leisure destination, Princes Square. It is expected to open in Spring 2019.

Andrew Foulds, Portfolio Director for Redevco said: “Kate Spade New York is one of the most aspirational brands in the retail sector and is a perfect brand to complement our offering in Princes Square.  Being the first outlet in Europe, and only the second in the world, to have its new retail concept is extremely exciting and recognises the marketing and leasing focus on providing a clustered aspirational tenant mix in an Award winning environment.

“Over the last 30 years Princes Square has lead the city in attracting many premium fashion, lifestyle and leisure brands including the boutique cinema operator Everyman which will open its first Scottish outlet here later this year.”

Time Retail Partners and Savills acted on behalf of Redevco.
