Anytime Fitness and Boswells bolster leisure offering at Quedam centre, Yeovil
Benson Elliot has signed Anytime Fitness and Boswells Café at the Quedam centre in Yeovil, joining a retail line up which includes H&M, Topshop, River Island, New Look and JD Sports
Anytime Fitness will open a new club in early 2018 after agreeing a new 15-year lease on 6,557sq ft. And Boswells Café – a family run company based in the South and South-West, with a chain of 17 café restaurants – has agreed a new 15-year lease on 4,072 sq ft to be formed by combining two units in a prominent corner space on Ivel Square.
Jonathan Ratnage, investment manager at Benson Elliot, said: “Boswells and Anytime Fitness are the perfect fit for our plans to enhance the traditional retail offering at the centre with leisure concepts.”
