Grosvenor Britain & Ireland (GBI) has announced the arrival of three new brands at Liverpool One.

Totalling over 6,300sq ft, the signings of leading Irish athleisure brand, Gym+Coffee, local jewellery brand, Say it with Diamonds, and fast-growing Liverpool-based coffee operator, Bean.

Gym+Coffee has signed for a 1,500 sq ft space on Manesty’s Lane, marking its debut in the city and a key milestone in the company’s expansion.

Say it with Diamonds, which was founded in Liverpool, has also signed for a flagship 1,800sq ft store on Manesty’s Lane.

And Liverpool-based coffee shop and roastery, Bean, has signed up for a 3,000 sq ft space on South John Street.

Natalie Conway, Gym+Coffee retail director, commented: “We wanted our first store in the city to be located somewhere special to satisfy the demand from our rapidly growing community in the North West.  Liverpool One, with its high footfall and consistently strong sales performance, is perfect.”

Alison Clegg, managing director of asset management at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, added: “The signings of these three operators furthers our strategy of delivering a vibrant mix of independent and international brands to create a unique offer for visitors. They also continue our history of working with local companies and entrepreneurs to help grow their businesses.”

Metis and CBRE acted for Liverpool One. Gym+Coffee, Say it with Diamonds and Bean all dealt direct.
