Grosvenor Europe announces international fashion label for Liverpool
Grosvenor Europe has announced that Mint Velvet is the latest international fashion label to sign at Liverpool ONE, marking the British womenswear brand’s debut in the city.
Scheduled to open in December 2019, the 1,700 sq ft boutique will be situated in the arcade of Peter’s Lane, housing the brand’s seasonal womenswear apparel, footwear and accessory collections.
Alison Clegg, Director, asset management, Grosvenor Europe, commented on the signing: “This year, we’ve made considerable strides in expanding Liverpool ONE’s mix of fashion brands, with a strong sequence of signings, openings and upsizes. Peter’s Lane continues to thrive, and Mint Velvet is a welcome addition as we focus on ensuring the destination is synonymous with stylish and sought-after international fashion.”
