MJ Mapp appointed to manage Mander Centre, Wolverhampton
M J Mapp has been appointed to manage Benson Elliot’s 620,000-sq ft Mander shopping centre in Wolverhampton, which underwent a £35m redevelopment over the course of two years, culminating in its re-launch in the autumn of last year.
The Mander centre attracts up to 17 million visitors annually. Its recent regeneration is part of a wider £3bn investment into the city of Wolverhampton. On the back of the relaunch, BE took the decision to enlist M J Mapp to manage the centre with a view to using the company’s best-in-sector knowledge and experience to create and sustain memorable shopping and leisure experiences.
