    New signings for Ram Quarter

Greenland UK is bringing new flexible workspace and a beauty salon to Wandsworth to Ram Quarter, its flagship redevelopment of the former Young’s brewery in Wandsworth. Co-working operator HomeWork Workspace and beauty treatment provider iLuvo have both signed leases to open branches at the site across more than 4,200sq ft.

HomeWork Workspace provides flexible workspace to local businesses and professionals in south west London. The business has been growing rapidly in recent years with locations in Putney, Southfields, Fulham and now Wandsworth.  HomeWork customers can enjoy all the benefits of a fully serviced office space, with the convenience of working near home as well as the wider food and drink line up at Ram Quarter.

Ram Quarter will be iLuvo’s second branch. Its first high-end spa and salon can be found in Victoria.  Both iLuvo and HomeWork are set to open their doors in winter 2022.

Taotao Song, CEO of Greenland (UK), said: “HomeWork and iLuvo are the perfect complement to the occupiers we’ve already secured at Ram Quarter, growing its offer for consumers.  iLuvo’s fresh approach to beauty treatments will be another great addition helping to make Ram Quarter the ideal lifestyle destination for people to live, dine, shop, relax and work. The arrival of flexible workspace in particular is important for Wandsworth as working patterns continue to evolve following the pandemic, and this will further boost the site’s weekday footfall.”

Alongside the commercial space, Greenland has delivered more than 300 new homes at Ram Quarter including restored loft apartments within the Grade-II listed brewery buildings.  The site is also home to a Heritage Centre telling the brewing history of Ram Quarter and Wandsworth Town.
