ESTAMA UK, the commercial property and asset management specialist, has announced the appointment of Nick Round as the new Head of Asset and Property Management.

Working closely with the wider team, Round’s role will be focussed on driving the performance of the company’s schemes and boosting the efficiency of the operational management across ESTAMA UK’s diverse portfolio.

With over 30 years’ experience working in the commercial property sector, Round joins from intu where he headed the Partnerships, Food & Beverage and Leisure across 16 intu centres.

Prior to this, Nick worked for Colliers International and Tushingham Moore leasing a diverse mix of shopping centres across the UK.

Commenting on his new role, Round said: “I have experience working in boutique agencies all the way up to an international real estate business, so I am excited to start my next venture at ESTAMA UK. ESTAMA UK has recently closed on some impressive deals and have a lot in the pipeline, so I look forward to imparting my versatile approach to property solutions in order to drive this growth.”

Eoin Conway, director and COO at ESTAMA UK adds: “The exposure that Nick has gained over a 35-year period has equipped him with vast knowledge and experience which will be invaluable to ESTAMA UK. I look forward to welcoming Nick during what is an exciting time for ESTAMA UK.”
