Grosvenor Britain & Ireland (GBI) has announced the opening of Omega’s largest franchise boutique in the UK on Liverpool One’s upper South John Street.

Created in partnership with David M Robinson, the new 2,000 sq ft store showcases Omega’s Speedmaster, Constellation, Seamaster and De Ville collections for men and women, and is an authorised repair centre.

The boutique features a bar and an innovative changeable lighting system to help create different ambiences in the store. It will also make use of Omega’s own fragrance in the showroom air-conditioning system.

Alison Clegg, managing director of asset management at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, commented: “[Omega] is a great addition to Liverpool Ones luxury offering and provides even more diversification at the destination.”

John Robinson, managing director at David M Robinson, added: “I am thrilled to see the doors of our Omega boutique open in Liverpool, cementing the city as the home of DMR.  It has been an exciting journey along with our friends at Omega and we are pleased that they have chosen us as their preferred partner for this project which has created a unique luxury proposition here in the heart of Liverpool One.”

Metis and CBRE acted for Liverpool One.  Howard Kennedy Lawyers acted for David M Robinson.
