    Pop Mart makes UK debut in Chinatown London

    Shaftesbury has announced that leading art toy brand, Pop Mart, has officially opened its debut UK store at Chinatown London’s 80 Shaftesbury Avenue.

    Pop Mart are selling some of their best, latest, and most exclusive collectibles at the Chinatown London unit, many of which becoming available in the UK for the first time.

    The brand’s new store offers art toy products, including collections created by famous designers Kenny, Pucky, and Kasing Lung.

    Pop Mart’s Chinatown London location offers the brand’s full line of collectibles, including its latest collection celebrating Lunar New Year.

    Samantha Bain-Mollison, property director at Shaftesbury, commented: “Chinatown London represents what is happening in the Far East right now, in its food, retail, and leisure culture. The art toy sector is now the most popular hobby amongst young people in China, so Pop Mart makes for a fantastic and natural addition to the cultural line-up in Chinatown London.”

    Kris Kim, Pop Mart international director, added: “As a market leader in China, we have been considering Pop Mart’s expansion plans carefully and opening our debut UK store is a momentous milestone for the brand. Chinatown London is iconic, not only in the capital but across the globe, and we are so happy to call it our home.”
