The Portman Estate has announced the signing of seven British and international food and drink operators to Portman Marylebone: Roketsu, KOL, Chourangi, Pizza Pilgrims, Seymour Store, So French Deli and Nobu Hotel London Portman Square.

The seven F&B brands will launch at Portman Marylebone, which comprises the independent retail and leisure destinations on The Portman Estate’s 110 acres of Marylebone, including Seymour Place, New Quebec Street and Chiltern Street, this year.

The new Nobu Hotel London Portman Square will features the signature Nobu Restaurant & Bar, a year-round outdoor terrace and Nobu Pilates, Wellness & Fitness, alongside its 249 rooms, which include a two-bedroom Nobu Penthouse.

Philip Norris, director of commercial asset management at The Portman Estate, said: “We are continuing our commitment to support our growing community of independent retailers and restaurant operators across Portman Marylebone. Over the last decade we have actively encouraged growth across our streets – and we are pleased to welcome such exciting new additions to the area which will further enhance our neighbourhood’s exceptional culinary offering.”

Tony Levine, letting agent at Shelley Sandzer, added: “We are extremely proud to have secured the debut European site for Yoshihiro Murata’s concept, Roketsu. This prime spot at New Quebec Street is perfect for this brand, complementing the nearby Nobu Hotel and a stone’s throw away from the equally distinguished KOL, which we also leased with The Portman Estate and have already seen go down a storm with patrons.”
