A.P.C, Borough Kitchen, Duck & Dry and Arlo & Jacob sign on

Cain International has announced Islington Square is set to welcome a number of premium retailers including A.P.C, Borough Kitchen, Duck & Dry and Arlo & Jacob.

A.P.C, a Parisian label known for its minimalist, clean and contemporary design, will occupy a 1,500 sq. ft. unit at Islington Square; Borough Kitchen will open a cooking store and school; Arlo & Jacob, the British upholstery designer is opening its second London store, leasing a 4,700 sq ft space; and Duck & Dry will open a salon at the development. It will offer its popular hair treatments to customers, including its renowned blow-drys, trims and updos.

Neil Barber, leasing director at Cain International, said: “Our focus is to attract a wide range of retailers and leisure occupiers, positioning Islington Square as a truly mixed-use destination for its local community as well as visitors from further afield. The range of independent shops, cafes and boutiques will make Islington Square an experiential destination that caters for a diverse group people.”

CBRE has been appointed to act as asset and property manager. Citadines will operate the serviced apartments. Orme Retail and Nash Bond are joint retained agents.

Developed by Cain International, Islington Square is due to launch this month, transforming it into a unique North London destination.
