Ram Quarter signs Boom Battle Bar

Greenland UK has signed ‘adventure bar’ operator Boom: Battle Bar for a new outlet at its Ram Quarter development in Wandsworth.

Boom is a new concept bar – pairing cocktails, craft beers and street food with an eclectic variety of indoor gaming experiences.

Guests will be able to try their hand at crazy golf, table tennis, shuffleboard, beer pong, adn Bavarian axe throwing.

The new Ram Quarter venue is due to open later in 2021, taking a 10,000 sq ft prime spot on the development’s riverside promenade, Barley Walk, overlooking the River Wandle.  Boom has taken a 15-year lease.

Elliott Shuttleworth, CEO of Boom: Battle Bar, said: “Boom is a concept unlike any the residents of Wandsworth will have experienced.  There’s a real buzz about the reopening of London’s nightlife, and we can’t wait to get people back together and give them a night out to remember at Ram Quarter.”

Chris Daly, deputy director, commercial, at Greenland (UK), said: “We’re building a really diverse mix of innovative, independent brands here at Ram Quarter.  As lockdown restrictions loosen, people are looking for something that bit different as a way to catch up with family and friends.  That’s what Boom offers and given the incredible reception it has had at its first two venues, we can’t wait to see it open its doors to the residents of South London.”
