Realm secures Zizzi for Resorts World Birmingham

Latest food and beverage operator to join outlet retail and leisure destination

Realm, the UK’s market-leading operator of outlet retail, has secured Zizzi as the latest food & beverage operator to join Resorts World Birmingham.

Zizzi will occupy a prominent 2,427-sq ft unit, located at the main entrance to the outlet retail floor at Resorts World.

Resorts World has also proven to be an attractive proposition for retailers. Levi’s took a 3,522-sq unit last year, followed at the end of the year by Sony which took a 762-sq ft unit on a five-year lease.

The lettings come about as a result of Realm’s proactive asset management strategy on behalf of Genting UK, which has increased footfall by 6.3 per cent and sales by 4.8 per cent year on year.

Realm MD Colin Brookssaiud: “The past year has seen the significant enhancement of the retail and leisure offering at Resorts World Birmingham. The lettings with Levi’s and Sony further diversify the all-day outlet retail offering, with Zizzi adding to the roster of popular names at the scheme, as well as providing an opportunity to increase dwell time at Resorts World.”
