Shaftesbury signs ‘clean-eating’ brand
London-based ‘clean-eating’ restaurant brand Redemption, has now opened its third and biggest site at 15 Shorts Gardens/2 Neal’s Yard at Seven Dials, in London’s West End.
The 1,629-sq ft, 45-cover, restaurant offers visitors to Seven Dials a menu of wholefood, vegan, gluten-free dishes that are low in natural unrefined sugars as well as alcohol-free drinks.
Julia Wilkinson, group restaurant strategy executive at Shaftesbury, said: “The concept by Redemption is very exciting and complements the many specialist retailers which unite in making Seven Dials a distinctive shopping, dining and leisure experience within a central London location.”
