Grosvenor announces that Russell & Bromley, the British footwear and handbag brand, is to launch a new 3,000 sq ft site on South John Street, its first in Liverpool.

Set to open this spring, the new Russell & Bromley store will showcase the brand’s extensive collection of fashion-led luxury women’s and men’s footwear and handbags.

The new Liverpool One unit will also present its new contemporary store format, providing ‘an engaging customer journey that allows the perfect curation of its hand-crafted products within a premium setting’.

Alison Clegg, managing director of asset management at Grosvenor, commented: “Liverpool One’s tenant mix strategy is driven by an in-depth knowledge of our visitors, their preferences, and spending trends; and the introduction of Russell & Bromley is a direct reflection of this.  Their signing is a great start to 2022, and the brand is indicative of the quality of operator seeking to make their home in Liverpool One to share in our success.”

Andrew Bromley, CEO of Russell & Bromley, added: “We are delighted to have secured this key location in Liverpool One to further enhance our presence nationwide. It is a high-quality destination with a great reputation and unique appeal that attracts customers from across the region. We look forward to joining the Liverpool One community and welcoming new (and existing online) customers to experience the Russell & Bromley brand first-hand in store and to our exciting new collection for the Spring/Summer season ahead.”

Metis and CBRE acted for Liverpool One. Russell & Bromley acted in-house.
