Savills Retail, on behalf of Ridgeback, has been instructed on Kangaroo Works, a new mixed-use development in Sheffield city centre.
Savills has been appointed to advise on retail / commercial leasing, with the new scheme set to house a number of retail, leisure and food and beverage units alongside 365 BTR apartments.
Due for completion in April 2023, retail units will range in size from 839 sq ft through to 3,498 sq ft.
The Kangaroo Works development forms part of Sheffield’s Heart of the City plan, one of the country’s largest urban regeneration projects providing in excess of £480 million of investment into Sheffield city centre.
