Six-screen multiplex to open in summer 2021
The Harris Partnership has confirmed the approval of the application by Scarborough Borough Council for a six-screen multiplex cinema in the town’s North Bay, on the former site of the Atlantis Water Park.
The scheme, which is due to open in summer 2021, will feature a multiplex cinema alongside with 53 apartments, five restaurants, four shops, a sky bar, a gym and car parking spaces.
The project has an investment of approximately £15m. Harris Project Management (HPM) are appointed as principal designer alongside The Harris Partnership (THP) for the 150,000 sq ft GIA overall development.
