Cornish fashion brand latest arrival at Cribbs Causeway

Seasalt Cornwall and Schuh Kids are the latest new brands to join intu and M&G Real Estate’s Mall at Cribbs Causeway, while specialist holiday operator Tui confirms an expansion.

Seasalt will take a 1,360-sq ft store on a 10-year lease while Schuh will bring its dedicated children’s store concept Schuh Kids to Cribbs Causeway, taking just over 2,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease. At the same time holiday operator Tui has recommitted to the centre, extending its lease for a further 10 years and doubling its size to 1,200 sq ft.

The centre has seen further recommitments including Boost, Games Workshop and Smile Stores, which have all renewed on 10-year leases.
Sarah Lulham, director – asset management at M&G Real Estate, said: “We have had an excellent 2018 so far, as national and international retailers continue to be drawn to The Mall as a leading destination in the region, welcoming thousands of visitors every day to eat, drink and play.”

Cushman & Wakefield and Time Retail Partners represent the joint owners of The Mall.
