Sloane Stanley has announced the recent appointment of specialist independent property consultants, Levy Real Estate, to join the existing leasing team across the whole Estate incorporating the King’s Road and Fulham Road.
With extensive knowledge of the retail and leisure sectors within London, Matt Paulson-Ellis and Liv England will be heading up the team from Levy Real Estate and working alongside Miles Commercial on opportunities for the King’s Road and Fulham Road neighbourhoods.

This news follows the recent opening of Townhouse, the prestigious nail bar brand on the King’s Road, as well as the signing and forthcoming opening on the Sloane Stanley Estate for Ultimate Performance, the personal training business. The
5,095sq ft space at 293 Fulham Road and will form the brand’s flagship location, spanning two floors and a basement space.
