Trafford Centre has announced the forthcoming upsize for Tommy Hilfiger, with a new-look 5,500 q ft store on Upper Peel Avenue launching in spring 2024.

The designer brand’s investment in its new store will increase the square footage to double the size of its existing unit, demonstrating how much Tommy Hilfiger values its presence at the centre, with its high footfall and affluent shopper demographic.

The store will trade over two levels and offer customers a larger space to browse the latest collections from the designer.

Russell Loveland, managing director of UK asset management at Pradera Lateral, asset manager of Trafford Centre says: “We look forward to Tommy Hilfiger opening its new store at Trafford Centre. With over 5,500sq ft of designer wear on its rails, Tommy Hilfiger’s fresh and modern new store will perfectly complement our existing line-up of high-end stores and designer brands.

“Demand from premium brands for bigger and better stores is ever-increasing and we aim to keep up with that demand through active asset management enabling us to secure global brands and keep the Trafford Centre at the forefront of the retail industry. With designers like Tommy Hilfiger choosing to invest in a flagship store at Trafford, we feel 2024 has started as it means to go on.”
