Tellon has bought Chineham shopping centre from LGIM Real Assets for £60m
Located near Basingstoke, Chineham shopping centre includes a 24 hour Tesco Superstore, M&S Foodhall, Boots, Costa and the town’s public library.

Tellon Capital has assets throughout the country and has spent the past 12 months securing planning consent for the £150m GDV Bargate in Southampton, a further project in Kingston and acquiring the Harpur Centre in Bedford and establishing an enhanced vision for the centre.
