    Three sign at Dockside

    Regatta, Procook and Cadbury sign for Dockside At Chatham Maritime

    Regatta Outdoor Clothing, the cookware and kitchenware retailer ProCook and multinational confectionery company Cadbury have all taken new units at Dockside at Chatham Maritime in Kent.
    Regatta, Britain’s biggest outdoor clothing brand, has taken a five-year lease on Unit 8 at the outlet centre located in the heart of the Chatham’s maritime zone. The lease runs from February 2019 is for a 3,165 sq ft unit next to Cotton Traders.

    ProCook has opened a new 1,745 sq ft unit. The five-year lease runs from October 2018.
    Freshstores t/a Cadbury has also taken a five-year lease for a 906 sq ft double-fronted corner unit in the middle of the centre and opposite the popular Australian-themed café Boomers. The lease also runs from October 2018.

    Dockside is a 150,000 sq ft centre owned by WD and anchored by The Range, M&S Outlet, Clark’s, Moss and Peacocks, among others. The centre is located in the heart of Chatham Maritime – an area of 300 acres featuring leisure and restaurant facilities, Chatham Dockyard, the Copper Rivet Distillery and Chatham Marina. More than 2,000 new homes have already been built locally with anther 450 homes now under construction nearby. Rents are a mixture of conventional and turnover.
