Time Retail Partners has been appointed by Landsec as joint leasing agents on Westwood Cross, Thanet.
Westwood Cross provides 475,000 sq ft of retail and leisure. Anchored by M&S, Primark, VUE Cinema and Next, it is the dominant retail location serving Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate.
With a high speed trainlink to London St Pancras and a shift towards more working from home, Westwood Cross is well placed to capitalise in local population growth in the Kent coast.
