The Entertainer and Burger King to join St James Dover
The Entertainer and Burger King are the latest brands to join the line-up at St James Dover adding to the 10 shops and restaurants at the retail and leisure development. The deals mean the development 90 per cent let or in solicitors’ hands, with a further three lettings in negotiations. The St James Dover development is owned by Legal & General Investment Management, Real Assets (LGIM RA), which has invested £53.25m into the development that opened in March.
The development’s anchor stores, Next and M&S Foodhall, accompany leading national brands including Trespass, Superdrug, The Food Warehouse by Iceland, Shoezone, Card Factory, Nando’s and Costa Coffee. Alongside the retail and restaurant offerings, the development also features a six-screen Cineworld, a 108-bed Travelodge and 24-hours-a-day Anytime Fitness plus parking for 445 cars.
Springboard Footfall figures showa boost in shoppers of almost 60 per cent across the town, excluding St James Dover, in the year to date.
