CBRE IM, advised by GCW and Nash Bond, has announced two new letting at Hammersmith Broadway Shopping Centre in west London.
Joe & The Juice will open in 1,154 sq ft at the entrance to the scheme on a new 10-year lease, whilst Korean food and culture hub Oseyo have taken a 1,251 sq ft unit.
Archie Morriss of GCW said: “These exciting operators will add variety and interest to the retail and F&B offer at the shopping centre, which is now seeing footfall begin to recover to 2019 levels.”
