Bowling and cinema operators confirmed for County Durham scheme
Superbowl UK and Reel Cinemas have been secured to anchor the 130,000 sq ft Fieldon Bridge retail and leisure park in Bishop Auckland, South Durham.
Superbowl UK will operate 14 Ten-Pin Bowling Lanes, Crazy Club Soft Play Centre, Ninja Assault Course, SEGA Prize Zone Amusement Arcade along with a diner and lounge bar. And Reel Cinemas will operate a seven-screen cinema.
Letting agents WSB Property Consultants are also in negotiations with a number of additional leisure and retail operators. Partner Adam Mobley said: “We have a number of opportunities, such health & fitness, restaurants and retail available to support this scheme and the surrounding commercial businesses in the area including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, M&S Foodhall, Pets at Home, Boots, Next, TK Maxx and a host of other national names.”
