Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has announced the appointment of Kate Orwin as leasing director for UK & Italy. Orwin joins from Hammerson where she was responsible for leasing Hammerson’s UK portfolio of flagship destinations.
In her new role, shewill be responsible for leasing strategy, key occupier relationships and leadership of the leasing team. She will also oversee strategy and negotiations for current and new occupiers, and work closely with the operating management, asset management and development teams.

Ms Orwin will take on her new role at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield beginning 26 Feb 2021.
