    Westgate wins Revo Gold

    Westgate Oxford crowned best new scheme

    Landsec and the Crown Estate’s Westgate Oxford emerged as the top new scheme at the annual Revo Golds award ceremony in London. In front of 900 guests at London’s Grosvenor House the project won the re:new category for best new scheme.

    Winner in the Re:fresh+ category for refurbs with a budget of over £10m was British Land’s £60m revamp of Meadowhall. And in the under £10m division the winner was Lotus Group and Tristan Capital’s refurb of the Boulevard outlet mall at Banbridge, Northern Ireland.

    Winner of Re:lax category for schemes breathing new life into leisure was Market Hall Fulham, the new food hall created inside the formed Fulham Broadway tube station. The scheme also won the people’s vote of guests at the dinner for the ‘best of the best.’

    Winner of the re:tale category for retail, f&b and leisure innovators was Everyman Cinemas and winner of the rising star category for retail property professionals aged under 30 was Pablo Pimienta, asset manager at British Land.
