New faces and a raft of renewals at WillowBrook Centre, Bradley Stoke

The WillowBrook centre in Bradley Stoke, North Bristol is celebrating a decade of trading this month with three new tenants and 12 lease renewals. New lettings have been agreed with The Works, Tanning Shop and a further letting now in solicitors’ hands.

The future of the scheme has been secured by 12 lease renewals, ranging from three to 15 years, as well as a major refit and relaunch of existing tenants Specsavers and the expansion of independent tenant WillowBrook Clinic, which has doubled in size.

Alongside the renewal work plans have been submitted to further develop the scheme with the introduction of two drive-thru units and a retail extension.

Centre manager Andy Wynn said: “In our first decade of trading, we have seen remarkable occupancy levels and retention. This is something that the whole team is proud to of, particularly in the tough times that the industry has seen in the last decade, and will continue to see. To have been all but fully let in most of our first decade of trading, is remarkable.”

    Colliers International manages WillowBrook.
