St David’s Cardiff launched a new 36,500 sq ft regional flagship store for global fashion brand Zaraon 3 June.

The store, set across two levels, features Zara’s full range of womenswear, menswear and kidswear, and joins Inditex sister brands Bershka and Stradivarius at the destination.

The new format features an ‘Automated Collection Point’ for customers to make swift product collection, and driving new footfall to the store. Self-service and dedicated refund tills are available to help ensure a seamless customer experience.

This new store joins Zara’s line-up of recently launched global flagships, including Bluewater, Dubai, and Barcelona, which all feature the brand’s latest omni-channel format.

Speaking on behalf of the St David’s Partnership, Russell Loveland, senior portfolio director at Landsec, said: “The launch of Zara, alongside the other international brands to have recently joined St David’s, points to an exciting future for the destination and emphasises its attraction to leading retailers. St David’s has proven its resilience over the course of the last year, and with the likes of Zara now open we continue to strengthen its offer.”

JLL and Cushman & Wakefield advised the St David’s Partnership. ZARA dealt direct.
