Comedian Maisie Adam has been announced as the host of this year’s Sceptre Awards, which takes place at the Hilton London Bankside on October 19.
Hailing from Yorkshire and having only started on the circuit in 2016, Adam’s anecdotal material and self-deprecating charm have quickly won her praise up and down the country.
She has appeared on numerous panel shows including Mock the Week, Have I Got News for You, QI, Roast Battle, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Hypothetical, The Stand-Up Sketch Show, Would I Lie To You and Richard Osman’s House of Games. She also hosts the podcast ‘That’s A First’ alongside fellow comedian Tom Lucy.
The Sceptre Awards is a ‘must attend’ event for the retail destination industry as it acknowledges the ‘best of the best’ within this dynamic and highly competitive sector.
