Castle Quarter – Norwich’s leading social, leisure and lifestyle destination – has strengthened its retail offer with the arrival of men’s formalwear specialist House Of Cavani.

The Italian-inspired fashion retailer has taken unit 39 at Castle Quarter on a new seven-year lease. The store will be House of Cavani’s 16th in England and its third in the East Anglia region, alongside locations in Cambridge and King’s Lynn.

The opening of House of Cavani further boosts the occupier line-up at Castle Quarter, which has retained its traditional retail strength while repositioning towards social, leisure and lifestyle operators. It joins major retail brands including TK Maxx, Boots, Flying Tiger, Trespass and The Entertainer, alongside competitive socialising operators including Boom Battle Bar, Putt Putt Social and Escape Hunt.

Will Ashdown, asset manager at RivingtonHark, said: “House of Cavani’s is a great addition to the line-up at Castle Quarter, and underlines the retail strengths of the destination. Throughout the repositioning towards social, leisure and lifestyle operators, we have worked hard to ensure major retail brands remain at the centre of Castle Quarter’s offer, and House of Cavani’s choice to open its latest store here demonstrates the strength of that approach. Our strategy of delivering a diverse an occupier line-up as possible is seeing significant benefits for all occupiers through footfall and trading performance.”

Castle Quarter is a unique destination offering visitors a range of social, leisure and lifestyle experiences. Totalling 385,158sq ft of space and incorporating one of the city centre’s main car parks, with 791 spaces, Castle Quarter offers unrivalled options for people to enjoy themselves.

Roche and Jamieson Mills are the retained agents on Castle Quarter.
