The Sloane Stanley Estate has announced that So. Shell, the manicure and pedicure treatment brand, has made its Chelsea debut on Fulham Road.

So.Shell has opened a 1,328sq ft salon at 307 Fulham Road. It offers customers a wide range of treatments such as nail extensions, nail art, lash treatments and eyebrow grooming laminations, all performed by highly qualified professionals and which can be done simultaneously. The nail treatment brand joins a number of beauty and wellness-focused brands on the wider estate, such as KARVE, the transformer pilates studio, at 370 King’s Road, as well as Margaret Dabbs, TriYoga, FaceGym and Backstage.

Hannah Grievson, property director at Sloane Stanley, said: “So.Shell continues to elevate our beauty and wellness mix across the Estate, and highlights the continued popularity of these uses among consumers. Together with our existing operators, we now have one of the most significant concentrations of beauty and wellness in London.”

Maria Sharova and Yana Galiyeva, co-founders of So.Shell, commented: “Fulham Road marks an exciting milestone for So.Shell. Our commitment to rigorous sterilisation protocols and long-lasting manicure results sets us apart in the market, and our rapid expansion has been driven by strong local customer loyalty.”

This news follows the upcoming opening of Minka Dink’s second pop-up on Sloane Stanley’s King’s Road. Opening at 324-326, Minka Dink will stock its best-selling womenswear collections. This pop-up represents Sloane Stanley’s role in supporting digitally-native brands, and the long-standing relationship it fosters with retailers.

Miles Commercial and Levy Real Estate represented the Sloane Stanley Estate in the deal.
