Landsec has announced that fashion retail group, TFG London, has opened its 12,000sq ft multi-brand flagship at Liverpool ONE.

Home to Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles and Inside Story, the store in South John Street is TFG London’s biggest yet, and the latest in Liverpool ONE’s series of flagship stores set to open this year.

Rob Deacon, director of asset management at Liverpool ONE – Landsec, commented: “The opening of TFG London is another strong brand in a strong location, joining South John Street’s ‘best of the high street’ line-up and reinforcing the destination’s best-in-class reputation. 2025 is all about providing even more unique reasons for people to visit the destination, and the opening of a leading group’s biggest-ever multi-brand flagship will be sure to do just that.”

Caraline Money, global retail director of TFG London added: “Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles and Inside Story have officially made their return to Liverpool, and we’ve done it in style. Liverpool ONE is the ideal home for us to bring together these brands under one roof in our biggest store yet, sporting prominent showcase units, high calibre company, and a vast, loyal customer base.”

TFG London joins South John Street’s transformed range of stores, including the significantly upsized flagship from Zara, which opened its 55% larger store late last year.
