Ashley Centre in Epsom has confirmed that Primark is set to open its doors at the destination in spring 2026.This highly anticipated opening will significantly bolster the fashion and homeware offer at the centre.

Primark will open a 44,000sqft unit next to  JD Sports and a stone’s throw from Next, M&S and Oliver Bonas. The new store, which will span two floors, will showcase its diverse collection of women’s, men’s and kidswear, as well as accessories and homeware. It will be a key anchor for Ashley Centre and marks a milestone moment for the scheme, providing visitors across its widespread catchment with one of the UK’s most popular brands in the heart of Epsom.

Will Greenland, assistant centre manager at Ashley Centre, commented: “The opening of Primark is one of the most highly anticipated openings that Ashley Centre has had for quite some time, and we know just how much local shoppers are looking forward to it. Primark’s arrival will not only bring a fantastic new retail offer to Epsom, but it will create new job opportunities, increase footfall, and further elevate the centre’s role as a prime shopping destination in the community. Primark is a well-loved brand, and we look forward to welcoming them in Spring next year.”

Ashley Centre is gearing up for the festive season, with the centre transformed for its annual Christmas Lights Switch On this weekend, and the launch of Santa’s Grotto. Visitors can step inside Santa’s cosy Christmas Cabin where children can meet Santa, share their Christmas wishes, and a take home a special gift, creating magical memories together. The Grotto opens on November 16, and will run all the way up until December 24.
