Mango, one of the leading international brands in the fashion industry, continues its expansion and brand consolidation plan in the UK with a new store in Regent Arcade planned for 2026.

The store will sell Mango’s women’s line exclusively and will feature their new Mediterranean-inspired store concept, reflecting the spirit and freshness of the brand. Sustainability and architectural integration are the key to this new design that conceives the Mango store as a Mediterranean home with different spaces in which warm tones and neutral colours predominate, combined with traditional, handcrafted, sustainable and natural materials.

This opening is part of Mango’s strategic plan, which aims to reinforce its differential value proposition with a strong expansion drive and by improving sales in its existing shops and via its online channel.

The team at Regent Arcade is excited to be adding such the brand to its evolving fashion line-up. Speaking about the new arrival, Regent Arcade centre manager, Scott Lahive, said: “We are delighted that Mango has chosen Regent Arcade for its latest UK store. It’s a brand that Cheltenham’s shoppers have been requesting for some time, and it complements our existing fashion offering perfectly. Their arrival is a strong endorsement of the work we’re doing to enhance the centre’s appeal and deliver the mix of retail our customers want.”

The announcement follows recent work undertaken at Regent Arcade to create bespoke, purpose-designed space for new and existing occupiers. Scott Lahive added: “Alongside attracting new retailers, we’re committed to supporting our existing occupiers in creating stores that reflect their brand ambitions. The recent upsizings and refurbishments demonstrate how Regent Arcade is investing in a best-in-class, multi-channel shopping experience for the residents of Gloucestershire.”

Spencer Wilson, leasing agent at ARC Retail & Leisure, added: “Mango has been strategically expanding across key UK locations, and their decision to open in Cheltenham reflects the strength of the town’s retail landscape. The new store at Regent Arcade adds to their growing footprint and underscores the increasing appeal of prime regional shopping destinations for leading international brands.”
