Lendlease has announced that Qube, the world’s first studio membership for music makers and content creators, has selected Elephant Park for its fourth location across London and first in Zone One.
High-end studios used for state-of-the-art music production or content creation such as videos and podcasts are the focus for Qube, which has previously hosted platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, alongside A-list British musicians, Lewis Capaldi and Ellie Goulding.
The new space at Elephant Park will also house office suites targeted at companies that will benefit from the creative complex plus features unique to the space at Elephant Park, which include a co-working area that transforms into a bar and DJ booth. Qube will also feature a separate event space and DJ studio overlooking the bar, which will be available for private parties of up to 20 people.
Spanning 10,500sq ft in H11a, the eastern gateway to the site, Qube’s latest location will sit below more than 200 homes above the ground floor commercial space. Qube will add a complementary community offer to Elephant Park – which has previously supported the arts with bespoke units created for local projects, including Run Dem Radio and Flat 70 – while being home to dozens of independent F&B operators, a library and heritage centre, osteopath, makers market, fitness-focused brands and more.

Creativity and community are built into our history here – we created kiosks for local projects as part of the Sayer Street meanwhile use, and before a brick was laid we had a range of small businesses on-site through Artworks Elephant, a shipping container creative community. With unique features, on top of the studios and offices, Qube complements Elephant Park perfectly, as we deliver for everyone who visits, works here, or calls it home.”

The announcement follows the news that Venezuelan all-day eatery Arepa & Co has signed for its latest site on Ash Avenue, GAIL’s has opened its newest location and Asian street food venue NOKO has launched on Sayer Street.
