Sheet Anchor Evolve, part of M Core, has announced a series of new lettings at Elephant Park.

Joe & The Juice, Arepa & Co, Jumping Bean, Hotpod Yoga and Sainsbury’s are the latest names to join the estate, adding nearly 12,000sq ft of new retail, lifestyle and convenience uses.

The lettings follow Sheet Anchor Evolve’s acquisition of the retail and leisure core at Elephant Park in 2024. Since then, the team has been asset-managing the estate, curating a stronger, more diverse offer that speaks directly to local demand while enhancing the experience for visitors and residents alike.

Chris Daly, director and head of asset management at Sheet Anchor Evolve, said: “Elephant Park is already a vibrant part of the city, and these new lettings build on that momentum. By bringing together a varied mix of independent, lifestyle and convenience brands, we’re helping to shape a destination that continues to thrive and move towards full occupancy, while adding real benefit for the local community.”

The new lettings include Sainsbury’s (4,285sq ft); Arepa & Co (2,053sq ft); Joe & The Juice (1,927sq ft); Hotpod Yoga (1,916sq ft); Jumping Bean (1,012sq ft),

Sam Moloney, retail director and partner, Joe & The Juice, commented:
“Elephant Park has a real sense of momentum and we’re proud to be part of it. It’s an area with huge personality and we’re excited to become a local staple.”

Jonathan Arthur, Sainsbury’s head of convenience property development, added: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Sheet Anchor Evolve to bring a brand-new Sainsbury’s Local to this exciting development. As well as creating employment opportunities, our new store will bring a carefully curated selection of Sainsbury’s high-quality, great value products to the local community and we’re looking forward to becoming part of day-to-day life at Elephant Park once it opens.”

Elephant Park is now home to more than 50 shops, restaurants and leisure operators alongside thousands of new homes, green space and public realm.

Newson Real Estate acted for Sheet Anchor Evolve on both deals.
