Silverburn, the retail and leisure destination in Glasgow owned by Henderson Park and managed by Eurofund Group, is set to become home to Sephora UK’s largest store in Scotland. It will open in Q3 2026 in a c.5,000sqft space.

Alberto Esguevillas, CEO UK Retail at Eurofund Group, said: “The arrival of Sephora UK marks the culmination of a strategic repositioning exercise which has seen us deliver a host of much-loved global brands to Silverburn. Having experienced strong demand from consumers and retailers in this space, Silverburn has already established itself as Scotland’s leading destination for beauty and cosmetics brands, which will be further enhanced by the arrival of Sephora UK.”

In 2025, Silverburn delivered record footfall for the third consecutive year, attracting 16.5 million visits and achieving c.23% year-on-year sales growth. Since acquisition in 2022, Henderson Park and Eurofund Group have increased occupancy from 72% to c.95%  significantly enhancing the centre’s status as one of the UK’s flagship retail destinations.

The new store will offer Sephora UK exclusives and selective brands, such as rhode, Haus Labs, Makeup by Mario, Merit Beauty, INNBeauty Project, Tower 28 and Half Magic.

Sarah Boyd, managing director of Sephora UK, said: “It has been three years since we opened our first UK store; from the very beginning we’ve been searching for the perfect locations for us to open in Scotland – and we are so happy to be coming to Glasgow’s Silverburn”.

Since launching its first store in London in 2022, Sephora UK has expanded to 12 locations nationwide, including Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester and Newcastle.

Henderson Park and Eurofund Group were represented by Culverwell and Time Retail Partners on the transaction.
